Shanghai Disneyland’s Enchanted Storybook Castle is Enchanting!

Shanghai Disneyland’s Enchanted Storybook Castle IS enchanting and definitely a winner! It’s the largest Disney castle and is dedicated to ALL Disney princesses instead of just one.  I’ve been waiting to see what they would do inside the castle and, viagra usa most of all, the boat ride under the castle.

The castle interior is beautifully done — it’s enchanting!  It has a walk-thru attraction inside and the Crystal Grotto Boat Ride that goes underneath.  The double stages in front of the castle are large and demand a huge cast.  I’m really impressed with the stage show production at Shanghai.  Would like to see it in person!

The videos we have are the next best thing to being there (and no waiting in lines).  Let’s start by taking a trip inside the Enchanted Storybook Castle. (Video by King RCT3, Youku re-upload)

Now, let’s hop on board the Crystal Grotto Boat Ride and see what’s underneath Disney’s largest castle.  (Video by Disneylandworld Forever)

The double stage in front of the Shanghai Disneyland’s Enchanted Storybook Castle is much larger than the other castle stages.  For this reason the show cast is very large.  I’m personally impressed with the costuming.  It’s an outstanding production.  We get to enjoy it thanks to a video by Disney Dwayne.

F. G. Mama

About the author…F. G. Mama, Katie McDill, has been in love with Walt Disney World since first entering the gates in 1976. After her two kids went off to college, she moved from Georgia to the backdoor of the Magic Kingdom in Florida. She worked several years at Walt Disney World performing as Fairy Godmother in day parades, the “Best of Disney” castle stage show, and the original Electric Light Parade. For the last ten years, she along with daughter and family, have enjoyed “living the dream” in Celebration (the town that Disney built) just across the bridge from Disney World. During this time she has collaborated with son-in-law Jimmy in several production projects including Orlando Attractions Magazine-The Show, The Mindy Mouse Show and FunaticsTV. Her other career included being a writer, artist/designer, special events creator and coordinator. Now she is enjoying the good life of Anna Maria Island, Celebration, Disney World and, of course, sharing magic at FUNaticsTV!
